At Silvi Jewels, we offer immediate shipping. All express shipments take 2 to 5 business days to arrive (Monday to Friday). We ship by two different parcels: Estafeta and DHL. Depending on the speed with which you want your order, before finalizing your purchase you can select the package of your preference.
There are special extended areas in which our parcel services do not have reach or have an extra cost. If so, you will be contacted to assign the shipment to the nearest parcel office, or to pay the difference in cost.
*Note: Delivery time in forwarding areas depends on the frequency of package delivery.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICIES
Silvi Jewels is a distributor of various brands of accessories, thus the guarantee is offered by the supplier. The pieces may suffer some type of alteration due to the care given to them, the PH of each person, or being in contact with any type of liquid (perfume, water, sweat). The use that each user provides to the products is their responsibility.
It is very important to consider some points before making your purchase:
1. Once your order has been sent, changes or returns of any kind will NOT be accepted; This is due to how special our products are.
2. Please ask any questions you have, read all specifications, or contact us if necessary, so that you are completely sure of your purchase.
3. All orders are reviewed in detail, product by product, ensuring that everything comes in strict quality.
