You can make your purchase at any time, 365 days a year. If you are looking to communicate with us, we are available to assist you from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm
Can you invoice me for my order?

Sorry, at the moment we do not issue invoices.
What parcel do you use and how long will it take?

We ship by Estafeta and DHL Express. You can select the package you want before making your payment. It is sent to you as soon as possible and takes approximately 2 - 7 business days, this depends on which parcel you placed your order through.
What care should I take with the products?

Avoid using your accessory during household chores, cleaning vehicles, bathrooms, swimming pools or any similar situation. Avoid contact of the jewelry with water or substances that contain chemicals, because they can stain, dull or oxidize it (perfumes, creams, dyes, hair sprays, detergents, polishing agents, carbonate, lemon, dish soap, acid, mercury, etc.) Do not sleep or bathe with jewelry on. Do not clean it with detergent. Do not use jewelry cleaners. You can clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. To store your accessories, place them in a dry place. If possible, use an individual case/bag to store each set and thus avoid rubbing between them since some pieces can scratch others.
